2008 Regional Vendors

ONLINE VENDOR APPLICATION
Online payments will have a $3.00 processing fee added to the total payment.

The ABC Regional and the two preceding specialties will be held November 6th through November 9th, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These spaces are made available on a first come first served basis.

Spaces are 10’ x 10’ & are $100.00 each. Eight foot tables are $5.00 each for the weekend.

Reservations are for a booth indoors hard surface. All spaces are in the hall outside the ballroom at the Radisson. Move-in will start Thursday at 6:00 pm. No drive in available. There is no charge for Thursday. We will have activities Thursday evening. We encourage you to be open for these events. Those wishing vendor space at the Obedience or Agility Trials, call us.

Reservations & cancellations with refunds will be accepted until October 22nd. After October 22nd, all rentals must be paid in cash & NO refunds will be given.

Please be advised that vendors will be held responsible for any damages they have caused during the event, and will be billed directly for any necessary repair costs.
